Shaan was born in Lewisham, United Kingdom, and holds dual British and Latvian nationality.

As a trainee at Moberg Estate, Shaan is dedicated to helping international buyers and sellers find or sell the right property on the Costa del Sol. Working alongside experienced colleagues, he is committed to providing friendly, reliable support and making every property journey as smooth and stress-free as possible.

In addition to assisting clients, Shaan is also responsible for content creation and social media management, helping to keep the Moberg Estate brand authentic, engaging and informative across all platforms.

Outside of real estate, Shaan is a musician with a strong passion for creativity and self-expression. Music has taught him the importance of connecting with people through understanding, communication and empathy—qualities he brings into his work with clients every day.

My name is Dennis Moberg Nielsen, and I was born and raised in Skagen, Denmark.

Today I help Danish and international buyers find their dream property on the Costa del Sol. Over the years, I have built a strong network and extensive market knowledge, giving my clients access to new developments, resale properties and exclusive opportunities.

Many of my transactions have been completed through video viewings, where buyers have purchased property in Spain without being physically present. This requires trust, transparency and exceptional service—values that form the foundation of my business.

For me, being a real estate agent is more than just a profession. It is a lifestyle. I focus on the details, building long-term relationships and helping people achieve their dream of owning a home in Spain.
